A Common Language for the Platform Organization

To what extent can and should we use common languages to describe our organizations? What would be the benefits and what are the trade offs? In this talk, Simone Cicero will share key questions on the case of the Platform Organization - a sort of "common protocol of organizing" that is emerging across the board in organizational development and illustrate the potential and challenges of converging on a common language. Furthermore Cicero will refer to EDGY's potential role in this contexts and explore the challenges it may take to build "EDGY as a Platform" for further convergence on Enterprise Architecture.
