EDGY is a visual language for enterprise change. It helps teams make sense of
complex
systems, how strategy, people, operations, and technology fit together, and how they can be
improved. It’s flexible, simple to learn, and works across teams and disciplines.
You can use EDGY to map your current state, design a target state, or align people around shared
goals, and how to get there. It is well suited for small changes and big transformations,
product and service innovation, organisational design, or shaping strategy. EDGY also works for
startups or ventures, entrepreneurship or small businesses with an ambition to grow. The toolset
brings structure and clarity, especially when multiple teams and perspectives need to work
together.
EDGY is free to use, published under a Creative Commons license including commercial
applications. It is shaped by practice, and supported by a global community of professionals.

anyone can try it, adapt it, and use it in real work. You can download the toolkit, explore example

cases, and start mapping what matters.
