Taught by experienced practitioners, authors and instructors, our training programs are designed to work in practice, not just on paper. Identity facet, purpose portfolio, EDGY for culture, organisation and leadership.
Architecture facet, capability mapping, EDGY for operations and execution.
Experience facet, top task identification, EDGY for product and service design.

Leading to Certified EDGY Practitioner (Level 1)
A practical introduction to Enterprise Design and the EDGY model.
This course helps individuals and cross-disciplinary teams build a shared
understanding of the enterprise before diving into projects, products,
or transformation work.

Cross-disciplinary teams working across business, technology, design,
and operations. It is well suited for people involved in early exploration,
new initiatives, or situations where a common language and perspective
are missing.

When and why to use Enterprise Design, how EDGY is structured,
and what good Enterprise Design looks like in practice.
You will learn to recognise common enterprise challenges and patterns,
and how EDGY helps teams see the whole, not just their own part.

initiatives such as projects, transformations, product work, or mergers.
It helps teams and leaders build a shared view before committing time and money.
