A language tells you what things are called. It does not tell you what to draw first, what to draw next, or which map to put in front of which stakeholder. So the model stays a mental model, the workshop produces a diagram nobody reuses, and six weeks later the initiative is back to slides.
This is not a comprehension problem. It is a practice problem.
In this session, Jean-Sébastien shares the seven core maps developed across every project since the EDGY beta: what each one is for, the order they come in, and how they connect into one coherent design initiative. Each map is shown in use, with the custom variants that let specialists work in their own idiom without leaving the shared model.
Live only: bring an initiative you are working on. We pick two and decide together which of the seven maps you should draw first.
