Abby Covert is an information architect, writer and community organiser with two decades of experience helping people make sense of messes. In addition to being an active mentor to those new to sensemaking, she has also served the design community as President of the Information Architecture Institute. Her passion is writing for, speaking to, and teaching people who are bravely facing or feeling stuck on messes made of information and people Abby is the Chief Sensemaker at The Sensemakers Club, where she curates daily peer-led discussions on topics such as information, governance, change, leadership, knowledge management, and ethics.
