Imaging, Designing and Enabling a Giant in the Transportation Business

As TRATON Group, Scania, MAN and International transforms its business towards a strong group and a strong modularization ambition the ability to meet new customer demands increases, Annika Klyver & Fredrik Flodmark in the Enablement team, helps building the foundations needed to make innovation sustainable across multiple brands.

The presentation will share how Enterprise Design tools like the Milky Way capability map, EDGY framework, GSDE Main Enterprise Concepts, and Roadmap Areas were used to image, sense making and understand the new business set up, aligning stakeholders around a target state, and guiding the large-scale transformation from brand-centric to a group-wide business set up.

Attendees will gain practical insights into balancing common capabilities, brand identity, and customer values while reducing complexity and accelerating time-to-market as well as hands on examples of how we went from imaging to guiding the actual building of the new Group way of working.
