Play the Enterprise: AI-Boosted Innovation Games for Enterprise Design

Jedi on the Fly designs and facilitates mixed digital/physical innovation game experiences using a purpose-built stack called Ludor. These aren't icebreakers or workshop warm-ups. They're structured game environments where leaders wrestle with real organizational challenges.

Ludor is our custom tool, but we will share the principles behind its creation and by end of session, give people the capacity and clarity to build their own Ludor stack for themselves.

The way we approach enterprise design and change initiatives, AI provides just the right level of boost at exactly the right moment, and nothing more. This is a real design challenge.

We will demonstrate synthetic ai coach personas, that have been co-created with real life coaches and authors from our ED field. The game format makes it possible to compress weeks of alignment work into a single session because play creates conditions for honesty, movement, and decision that conventional formats suppress.
