What is Enterprise Design?

Enterprise Design is the collaborative practice of designing and creating better enterprises. We believe that a better Enterprise Design for our companies, institutions and other endeavours is possible: to identify a purpose worth pursuing (Identity), to make a valuable contribution to people's lives (Experience), and to perform and deliver on our promises (Architecture). At the intersection of these Facets, enterprises design their Organisation, Brand and Product.

Based on decades of professional practice in design, architecture and management fields applied at an enterprise level, we develop EDGY, an Open Source tool to capture, describe and navigate key questions and elements of such a design.
