EDGY 24 Sneak Preview: A Circular Economy Story

Enterprises are being challenged to adopt sustainable practices: customers, regulators, candidates and investors are demanding changes that can prove to be deeply disruptive to their current ways of operating.

This goes beyond new business models, organisational culture change or operational process reengineering. How to reach the "deep enterprise" and infuse the profound shifts we are going after?

In this session we'll share with you a sneak preview of the upcoming version of EDGY, Intersection Group's open source tool for co-creating better enterprises. We'll take you through a fictional case of a large company moving towards circular economy principles, and share examples of using EDGY maps (such as The Milky Way enterprise map).
