Design at scale to overcome enterprise entropy

Design is tough. Design at scale is… nerve-wracking. In large organisations, one decision made in isolation can seem right at the time yet lead to a fractured user experience overall. How can we fight this entropy and design better enterprises? With enough care and effort, change can emerge from the most unexpected setups.

This talk explains how design is used to implement Systems Thinking in a 150-year-old bank, why we had to adapt our design practice using real-life failures and successes, and how it impacted us in the long run as an organisation.
