Ulrich Müller studied physics and pursued an academic career for quite some time before he made the switch to management consulting. In his 6-year stint as consultant he helped companies like foundries, automotive suppliers or shipyards to optimize structures, processes and products. In 2019 he joined DB Cargo as senior project leader and since 2020 he is head of PMO for the strategic transformation program ‘Strong Cargo’.
