64 years passionately dedicated to human development. First as a manager and then as a development consultant. I am convinced that people will always make a difference in organizations, provided that organizations commit to their role as enablers of this potential. In recent years, I have become interested in the concept of the source and its transition, so that organizations can progress in the long term without being trapped by the founder's syndrome. This is an interest that also is connected to my biography and is making this intriguing.
